FIXATION Co-op Guide
Online co-op is how survivors steal rounds from a power role.
FIXATION is online co-op on the survivor side. The hunter is a solo power role. If you queue as four people who refuse to talk, you are four solos sharing a death timer. This page is the stack manual. Use it with how to survive and getting started.
Why co-op matters here
A 1 vs All house punishes clustered bodies and rewards clustered information. You want to be apart in space and together in calls. That is the entire skill. Scripts try to fake it with highlights. Voice does it without a ban. See script safety if someone in your Discord suggested otherwise.
Servers hold up to nine players. A full survivor stack is possible, but four coordinated players already beat six silent ones. Do not wait for a perfect nine-stack. Start with one friend.
Roles inside the stack
You do not get a class select. You assign jobs in voice:
- Caller — first to speak when the hunter is seen
- Anchor — holds a wing and does not chase clips
- Floater — rotates to whoever just got pressure
- Reset — the person allowed to hide once, then they must leave
Swap jobs each round so one person is not always the sacrifice. If you spawned as the Fixation, you leave this page and open how to play as the Fixation. Do not try to throw the hunter role for your friends in a public server. That is how public queues die.
Voice rules
Keep calls short. Name a room or a direction, not a story. If two people talk at once, the caller has priority. Laugh after the round. During the round, a laugh is a location ping for the hunter.
If someone has no mic, they pair with a caller and use one-word chat. They do not wander off to “be useful.” Lost floaters are how stacks collapse.
Push-to-talk is kinder than open mic. Horror breathing into a headset is content for the hunter, not for your team. Device notes are on controls.
Pair routing
Split into pairs. Each pair owns a side of the house. When the hunter commits to pair A, pair B either finishes a path or rotates to cut the hunter’s exit — they do not all run in to film the down. Hero saves in a knife 1vAll are how you donate extra bodies.
If a pair gets broken, the leftover player does not hide in the same furniture. They move to the other pair’s wing and become a floater. The walkthrough is the map you should be naming in voice.
Private servers versus public
Private servers are for practicing calls, filming, or letting a friend learn hunter without ruining a public lobby. Public servers are for the real 1vAll. Do not bring a five-stack into public just to bully randoms and then wonder why the game feels empty. Play hunter fair. Play survivor fair.
VIP servers were not enabled on the universe at launch. If that changes, the updates hub will note it. Until then, use Roblox party flow and hope the matchmaker keeps you together.
After a wipe
Talk about one mistake, not five. “We stacked the lamp room” is a useful sentence. “You always die” is not. Then queue again. Check codes only between matches, never during a chase.
Co-op is the counterplay to a wish that wants you alone. Stay in earshot even when you are not in the same room.
When the matchmaker splits you
Roblox will not always keep a party together. If you load as hunter while your friends are survivors, play hunter fairly. Throwing for them in public is how randoms stop queuing. If you load in different servers, use the official links URL to rejoin the same place, then accept that 1vAll matchmaking is not a raid lockout.
A two-person voice pair still beats a six-person silent lobby. Do not cancel the night because you did not get nine. Play the pair routing you already have.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Is FIXATION local split-screen?
No. Co-op is online on Roblox. Each player needs their own client.
How many friends should I queue with?
One is already a boost. Four with jobs assigned is excellent. Nine is rare and not required.
Should we all hide together?
No. That is a buffet. Pair routing is on this page and in how to survive.
Can we practice hunter in co-op?
Yes, in a private or agreed lobby. In public, play the role you were given.
